I’ve been dealing with nonstop calls from Lakeside Recovery Solutions for a few weeks about an old debt. At first, they called my cell phone multiple times a day, which was annoying enough. But now they’ve started calling me at my workplace. I told them specifically that I cannot take personal calls here and asked them to stop, but they keep doing it.

It’s gotten to the point where I’m worried my manager will notice. I’m stressed out and not sure what my actual rights are here. I know I owe a debt, but this feels like harassment. Has anyone else dealt with this agency? What actually works to get them to stop calling you at work? Any advice is appreciated.
