I just got promoted to team lead, and while I’m excited, I feel totally unprepared. My company gave me a budget for development, but they want me to find a program locally. I’ve been looking everywhere, but most workshops seem too generic or way too expensive. I’m currently searching for specialized leadership training Alberta based that actually helps with real world problems. Has anyone here found a course that actually made them a better boss? I’m feeling really overwhelmed.
