I stumbled into this whole thing because of my younger brother. He’s obsessed with One Piece and kept talking about Zoro’s swords nonstop, so for his birthday I decided to surprise him with a replica. I didn’t know much about katana replicas at first, but once it arrived, I was honestly blown away. The weight, the texture of the handle, the details on the blade — everything looked way more authentic than I expected. I couldn’t resist and ordered one for myself after that. Now it’s sitting on my desk, and sometimes I just pick it up while watching the show. There’s something oddly satisfying about holding something that looks exactly like what you see on screen. It’s like a small piece of that world found its way into real life. My brother and I even argue over which version of Zoro’s swords looks the coolest. I think Enma takes the win, but he’s loyal to Wado Ichimonji.
