Best Practices for Automating Follow-Ups Without Sounding Robotic?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Datananas for about two months now and loving how it streamlines my prospecting. However, I’m running into a bit of a challenge: automating follow-ups that still sound natural and not overly scripted.

I know personalization is key, but when you’re dealing with large volumes of leads, full manual customization isn’t really scalable. So here’s my precise question:

How do you structure your follow-up messages in Datananas to keep them sounding human, while still keeping the workflow mostly automated?

Are there any specific variables or content blocks you’ve found particularly useful? Also, how many follow-ups do you typically schedule in a sequence before pausing?

Would really appreciate hearing what’s working for you. Thanks in advance!
